We offer flexible event planning whether you want to host a retreat in our Ranch House, have a special event on the cypress tree platform and creekside amphitheater, or rent our lakeside picnic area. We have special lighting for evening events, two stages, and much more.
Cypress Valley is the perfect location for your family reunion, yoga retreat, music event, large picnic, or other gathering--for one day or an entire weekend. With flexible use of the venue spaces to meet your unique event and onsite overnight accommodations, we can help you create a truly spectacular time for everyone.
Our venue facility includes a large wooden platform up between two ancient cypress trees that makes the perfect back drop and has been used for aerial silk performances, a music stage, or perhaps a family talent show--with seating for 125 people on the cliffside amphitheater. This magical platform in the trees has also been the site of early morning yoga for yoga retreats. The possibilities are endless. Lighting and electrical are available for night time gatherings as well as the main stage in our creekside pavilion.
Our Ranch House great room has a wide expanse for any gathering with a kitchen that makes it easy for you or a private chef to cater meals for your group from our double Kitchen-aid refrigerators to the six-burner stove with double ovens. The house can be rented for smaller gatherings such as weekend yoga retreats and sleeps up to 15, with other overnight accommodations in our five treehouses. Our lakeside park has numerous picnic tables, gas grille, and a large pool. We can accommodate up to 45 people overnight in our treehouses, Ranch House and glamping tents.
